As you know, even if we get an injunction in the Northern District of Illinois, that still leaves at minimum 24 other school districts in 11 other states teaching that "whiteness" is the devil. Your strategy would achieve minimum impact—and enable state-sanctioned racism.
The better course of action is to use all three branches of government to stop state-sanctioned racism in public schools. The public has the right, even the duty, to guide and shape public institutions through their elected representatives—not just through the courts.
