I look forward to reading the suit. One great thing about litigation is that one has the opportunity to present evidence and prove claims, rather than tweet assertions. But strong cases can often result in relief in days or weeks, not years. Injunctions can be quick and powerful.https://twitter.com/realchrisrufo/status/1413241198437801984 …

You can talk all about how evil the Joker is, and I can agree. But when you want to hack people's phones in order to stop him, my first thought is, "What happens when the next guy who wants this power isn't as noble as Batman?" And it makes me not want to let even Batman do it.pic.twitter.com/58NMbV82Al

The better course of action is to use all three branches of government to stop state-sanctioned racism in public schools. The public has the right, even the duty, to guide and shape public institutions through their elected representatives—not just through the courts.

Rufo's strategy brings these problems into the light. Forced friction will bring a reckoning. So far the left has been able to lie, engage in subterfuge, and disguise their movements. Much better to fight the battle with home advantage, and more importantly, people watching.
