The best weapon against CRT is the Civil Rights Act. Use it. Sue them.https://twitter.com/MythinformedMKE/status/1404786895566090246 …

The University of San Diego administrators are auditing white students to point out their “whiteness”, “white privilege”, and “white racial ignorance”. They are framing this indoctrination as “white racial identity development”. Critical Race Theory in action. pic.twitter.com/34fFSzrFxU

We are, but it's not enough. The suits will take years to set national precedent and, even if we win, most schools will ignore the threat of a lawsuit, knowing that most parents don't have the resources. We need legislation, which provides a stronger enforcement mechanism.

You would rather minority kids learn their place in society the old-fashioned way: by schoolyard taunts, bullying and bathroom graffiti.

Have you seen what the UK is planning on doing with universities. Having a Free Speech Tsar who has enforcement powers making it quicker & cheaper than going to the courts to make the institutions follow the rules. Something similar for US schools?

The judges are of the wrong social class to rule against CRT. They’d find legal excuses to avoid the real questions. Justice Gorsuch is on the extreme right wing among federal judges. They’d be better than he is at finding excuses to ratify elite opinion.

Correct. Again, this is not simply ideological, it’s power dynamics. Parents/students have far less than unions and institutions with large trusts/endowments.

Throw everything you’ve got at them. Short term and long term. Contact school administrators and voice objections. Call local politicians of both parties. Support opponents of those who support CRT. File suits. Orgs should engage PR firms. Broad coalition. Don’t be outmaneuvered.

Absolutely right. As I keep pointing out, illiberal institutions need to be regulated to uphold the law and protect liberty:https://www.nationalreview.com/magazine/2021/07/12/political-discrimination-as-civil-rights-struggle/ …
