      • Public education is a state monopoly, not a marketplace of ideas. • Voters, thru state legislatures, determine the curriculum. • Children should be protected from racial scapegoating. • "File a federal lawsuit" puts the onus on parents, rather than schools, which is unjust.

Dear Chris: Isn't anti-whiteness indoctrination the epitome of a racist "hostile environment?"

Much of this stuff is just straight government-sponsored racial discrimination. How can that not be redressable via legislative action?

It’s racial discrimination, why does CRT need its own laws?

Yes, it shouldn't. However, as it is sold and communicated as the opposite of what it is, racism sold as anti-racism, that’s a bit of a problem. Not an insurmountable problem, but I don’t think we have “truth in labelling” laws for these kinds of things the way we do for food.

The benefit of doubt extended to teachers unions necessary to state "...stunt our kids' educations when we don't" earnestly is breathtakingly naive at best.

It drives me insane when people fail to grasp this fundamental point about Free Speech: the government does NOT have Free Speech. What is taught in a public school classroom is govt speech. The govt CANNOT send or fund the message that 1 group of citizens is disfavored by Race.
