Yes, it shouldn't. However, as it is sold and communicated as the opposite of what it is, racism sold as anti-racism, that’s a bit of a problem. Not an insurmountable problem, but I don’t think we have “truth in labelling” laws for these kinds of things the way we do for food.

It drives me insane when people fail to grasp this fundamental point about Free Speech: the government does NOT have Free Speech. What is taught in a public school classroom is govt speech. The govt CANNOT send or fund the message that 1 group of citizens is disfavored by Race.
