Raytheon then asks white employees to deconstruct their identities and "identify [their] privilege." Raytheon tells employees to "identify everyone's race" during workplace conversations. Way to completely misunderstand intersectionality, out loud and in public. It's such a fundamental misreading, in fact, that one might ALMOST think it was an intentional and malicious mischaracterization based in a specific agenda. Hmmmmm.
