Are there situations in which you would resort to speech codes? @realchrisrufo often brings up the hypothetical of a school board that uses a KKK-designed curriculum. Would a law banning use of such a curriculum be acceptable in your view?
I asked David this directly in a podcast with Bari Weiss. He ducked the question and refused to answer.
Yes and you brought up with the @wethefifth crew that @robbysoave agreed that a KKK-designed curriculum could & should be banned (I wish you'd stayed on that a bit longer to get answers from @kmele, @MattWelch & @mcmoynihan on their view on this.)
Bc comparing this to the KKK is stupid and inaccurate. Last time I checked the wokes are not rampaging through the country lynching those they seem undesirables. It's not the same thing. Thus the question can be ignored.
