Gonna go out on a limb here and suggest whatever study produced this conclusion was not scientifically rigorous.
I was about to ask where this "study" came from. Ive been working with kids as young as 5 for over a decade. They could care less about their classmates skin color and play with basically whomever is there. Its anecdotal from me, but im pretty suspicious
