I *do* engage in public persuasion. I do real research and then write up my findings with a clear and unapologetic point of view. But fundamentally, I learn true things & then inform the public about them. So does Jason. *You* just… admit to engaging in cynical propaganda.

Your position here is basically “You should assume I’m acting in good faith even when I come right out and say that I’m not,” and, uh, no we shouldn’t and no we won’t. If you want to be treated like you’re engaging in good-faith persuasion, at least *pretend* you really are.
