Actually, CRT says the opposite. It looks for racial bias in social systems, not in the hearts of individuals.

Every philosophy becomes different than its original form when it’s digested by public. Academic post-modernism is not the same as post-modernism in action (it is somehow worse). Same with CRT, it’s bad in its original form and worse as it applied and dumbed down in the world
