Re: "anti-CRT" legislation, I suggest not mentioning "CRT" at all. Just prohibit all state-funded institutions (inc. schools) from "engaging in racial stereotyping or scapegoating." Let *proponents* of CRT interpret this law as "anti-CRT" and then try to defend this behavior.

Idaho and the latest New Hampshire bill are both very good. Tennessee and North Carolina are more aggressive, which is a good test, too.
