Re: "anti-CRT" legislation, I suggest not mentioning "CRT" at all. Just prohibit all state-funded institutions (inc. schools) from "engaging in racial stereotyping or scapegoating." Let *proponents* of CRT interpret this law as "anti-CRT" and then try to defend this behavior.

It's already written that way in most of the states, no mention of CRT by name.
