If you care about individual rights being violated David’s Title VI remedy should suffice. The fact you feel the need to “ban CRT” suggest you care more about winning the politics or chilling the discussion of race related topics in schools. Or more likely both.
I'm a little uncomfortable with this action to be honest. Even Trump, no friend of CRT, didn't ban it. Instead he funded an alternative historical narrative project.

Children should be taught history based on truth at the appropriate age. If they are intelligent, they will figure it out anyway and wonder why they were taught hogwash if we do it your way.
