It's very good. I hope it helps form the basis of the anti-CRT legal argument going forward. I love the clarifications on First Amendment protections. Yes, students can *discuss* CRT ideas, but the ideas cannot be promoted or given normative weight, & speech cannot be compelled.

Same. I don't think it offends 1A in letter or spirit for a legislature to say CRT can be taught descriptively as a way some view the world (like creationism), but not as part of core curriculum as *the* way the world should be viewed (like evolution). Unis are different story.
