I think labor force participation is the other big one (and this holds true for low-SES Americans of all racial backgrounds).
Wouldn't labor force participation be a symptom of education and crime?
It's worth noting that much of this is voluntary, and probably tied to the drug game. Racism must play SOME role, but figures are just as low for poor whites, and several large-N studies have found that unemployed young people of all races could "very easily" get jobs.
