Anti-semitism is something kids should know about as it is still quite common & growing more so again. Eugenics is less of a pressing issue but could be covered relevantly. Flat-earthism is probably unlikely to make the cut of important things to know exist before adulthood.
They're not teaching it contextually; they're compelling students to accept it as dogma. The state bills simply say: "you can't indoctrinate students into neo-Marxist ideology." Legislators have a duty to make sure education reflects the values of their constituents.
