      When Kendi says "policy," btw, he means "system" in exactly the same way as "systemic racism." He has explained that people objected when he said "systemic," so he adapted the word "policy" to mean the same thing.

      "Data equity" has a very Soviet ring to it. I can just imagine mid-level Russian bureaucrats in a concrete office building: "Comrade, these numbers do not match our instructions from the Politburo; change the numbers immediately and make them align with our equity targets!"
