Performative wokeness is often sponsored by large corporations looking to diffuse class issues into any other direction, to take the scrutiny off of themselves. Hence "Woke Capital" is a necessary concept here. A lot of this stuff (not all) serves their interests.

Get rid of the word "sanctioned," keep it simple, i.e. "war on women." Just call it "State Racism."

Also good, but I like "state-sanctioned" because it has the connotation of atrocity and poses the question "who is sanctioning it," which will lead the listener on a very interesting path.
