You know what I’m concerned with? I think activists will take this to the Supreme Court as an attack on free speech, the Supreme Court will agree, and then critical theory will be codified as protected speech. I think the solution has to be cultural more than legal.

Cultural is happening, and that’s good. And selective, strategic legal challenges are great, but this feels like “prohibiting the teaching of evolution” in schools, and I think that will backfire.
