Yes, Chris, really excellent, meant to post it. I first worked on this issue with your late MI colleague DJ Jaffe 25 years ago & it's so depressing & infuriating to still have to be making the same arguments. But you've done one of the best jobs I've seen of making them.
DJ was a good man. I admired his book and his advocacy. It's a tough issue and it's not easy to get traction. Hopefully that will change!
