I've spent quite a bit of time in Nigeria with the country's elites and quite a bit of time on Ivy League campuses. The most talented 30,000 Nigerians would blow away the American prep-school legacy candidates any day of the week.

What’s their response to schools lowering standards, classroom indoctrination, etc. in the US in the name of “equity”?
Not sure! It was a few years ago, before the equity stuff took off. Would be interested in asking them.
