Respectfully, Professor, nobody is suggesting a ban on critical race theory in academic work or the classroom. We're suggesting a ban on mandatory workplace trainings that force people to accept the values of race essentialism, collective guilt, and neo-segregation.
Furthermore, we absolutely should ban these teachings in K-12 schools. Dividing first-graders that into "oppressors" and "oppressed," or teaching fifth-graders that "all white people" are racist, is a violation of the 14th Amendment and of the public trust.

How about not teaching as dogma in university. Teaching altertive viewpoints. Astrology, mythology and more can be taught in the same way.
