I thought that too! And the funny part is that chapter 11 is the one that rails on the Jews, and we rewrote chapter 12, which calls for a movement to answer that "problem." That's the one he's defending. In a Jewish magazine.

That is a fairly absurd and bad-faith take. I disagree with Jesse, in that I think this changes nothing about the validity and implications of the grievance studies affair. But you can disagree without making straw-man accusations, you're undermining your own credibility here.
