In the past, if I had a problem ( unethical issue) with a teacher, "I" the parent addressed it. I had my child tell me if anything was crazy...Never let a stranger tell you to keep secrets from your parent. All else fails to take your child out of the schools.
The issue us of course demographics change and school board elections. They were super contentious, but overall it left feeling that regular people can't do anything. A good thing was new leutenant-governor who publicly (well, on zoom) blasted the curriculum

Every school district should be teaching this. Racism should die.
Read your thread. Saw the screen shots of the content. So what’s the problem? Just because it’s hard to admit our nation sits on a bed of white supremacy doesn’t make it not true. This should be taught in all schools.
Serious question: what time or country in history ever got this right? The US is racist compared to who or what?
