Ygelsias, you need an irony detector! Literally using terms from Paolo Freire, "speaking their language." You can read my stuff elsewhere; I don't write in academic language at all.
The Crits have their own vocabulary and you need to understand it in order to effectively oppose it. Some of their concepts are actually very useful, too, when flipped. They understood counterculture, even if they have now taken over the establishment/institutions now.
