It's only getting worse in my workplace, at the moment. People were encouraged to challenge the promotion of white employees recently.

it's not the same here yet, but it's coming soon. We are at the "we highly encourage you to take these totally-not-mandatory diversity training" stage. All the people that come out of them seem brainwashed.

That was us a year ago. We had a training that forced us to choose a person who we would NOT associate with. Of you choose the white man (the safe option), the image zooms out and he's in a wheelchair. The module then accuses you of not understanding his struggle. Gnarly stuff.

This was during a town hall, and therefore not something documented in writing. It's possible there's a transcript. Specific phrasing: "Recently, I was challenged over movement on my team that did not increase diversity. We SHOULD be challenged, and please continue to do so."
