I think the best term for people like Ibram Kendi is ethnomarxist. They view the world largely the way marxists did except that they have replaced classes with ethnic groups. Society is seen as a hierarchy of conflict and oppression that is determined by ethnicity.

This is how I analyzed the SJWs in my book Live Not By Lies: as people who replaced Marx's class divisions with race and other "identity categories," but kept the militant Manichaenism.

One draw back of any coinage involving Marxism is that while there are obvious resemblances there isn’t an equally clear intellectual pedigree going back to Marx. This is a weakness often exploited by its apologists by arguing that such an association is just ad hominem.

I've tried ethnomarxism, ethnocommunism, and identity Marxism.

I believe Voddie Baucham uses this term.

Who is Voddie Baucham and where can I read his writings?

If it has, I haven't seen it. Maybe I coined a useful neologism? Or maybe I'm delusional and my Ratwiki page will be my lasting significance on earth : )

it's not popular but I did a search and found a few instances going all the way back to 2014 to describe the same phenomenon. It's a pretty good coinage, I think, although it implies they want equality, when (as you know) they want ethnic cleansing

Insofar as "ethnicity" used to be "nation" and "Marxism" used to be "socialism", yes.
