Logically speaking, the most discriminated-against group in the USA is almost certainly Asian Americans - who report very high levels of racism from both whites and other POC AND are the only minority group structurally disadvantaged by affirmative action. No?

I think the argument is that if discrimination were a good explanation for (or strongly tended to produce) differences in group outcomes, then outcomes for Asian Americans would be the worst (as the most discriminated-against group). But that is not what we we find. Ergo...
