@CocaCola would actually introduce a racist policy that has no factual data to support it and think they won’t be sued -
There is no racism there. This training module based on Robyn DiAngelo’s book WHITE FRAGILITY and maybe her second book, WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE WHITE? In fact, a key part of being white is our innate racism. It’s just there. White is the dominant culture. White sets t/laws.
