      I was responding to "Republican voters are with Trump. Full stop. McConnell has no constituency outside the media." A constituency is a specific thing. McConnell has a dedicated one.

          Romney didn't suddenly become a populist, he just returned to his moderate roots. He passed Romneycare. Back in the 90s, he was against tax cuts.
