      Slavery is a moral outrage; so are communism and public schools that produce 13% literacy rates. Adopting your tactic: should I assume you're a fan of communism and illiteracy?

          Virtually every public school in the country teaches about slavery, as they should. Not every school celebrates communism and hosts Plack Power rallies. The latter makes it newsworthy. "But what about this other thing" is not a good argument.
