You're missing the point: the attempt is to reframe millions of Trump *voters* as part of a domestic terrorist organization. That's why they're attempting to deplatform Parler and suppress other speech mechanism—and didn't do the same with the Antifa riots/deaths last year.
I guess it's working, because you're falling for the linguistic trap. The syllogism is: "conservatives are white supremacists. White supremacists are domestic terrorists. Therefore, conservatives are domestic terrorists."
My position is pretty simple: totally condemn the riots and violence at the Capitol, but refuse to let the tech companies and new administration use it as justification to suppress the right to move, speak, and assemble for millions of conservatives.
Understand your point and will concede there is right for concern but this does depend on lumping every conservative in as being for Trump when a majority of even the GOP is beginning to emphasize the disparity between his base, such as it is, and the bulk of conservatives
