I think there is a real conflict in basic principles here. There certainly are lots of options besides Twitter, Youtube, etc, but your point about 90% share is probably ballpark right. But we've been moving away from regulation for a long time. 1/2

If someone wanted to propose *breaking up* the big tech companies, ala Teddy's trustbusters? I'd listen. I'll also agree that the *principle of free speech* goes well beyond the Constitutional protections. That still leaves the conflict w/private property rights.
