I'm a libertarian BUT: If I understand correctly - The Fed Gov't set up the systems that protect big tech's monopoly (section 230 et al going at least back to the Clinton era). So... The Fed Gov't can take those protections down.

As if they ever would, unless GOP gets some miracle victory next election. And taking down 230 would just lead to even more heinous censorship out of necessity, not mere ideology.
