The internet, social media, and digital payments are the roads, telephones, and marketplace of the 21st century. The tech monopolies should not have the power to unilaterally ban people from the new public square. Free markets require open access. This is the fight.

WA Supreme Ct. ruled retailers must allow signature gatherers at their doors, well into their property, since it was part of the public square, & not limit them to the sidewalks/right of way. Let's do the same for the "digital public square."

They also ruled private clubs, Rainier Club, must admit women cuz they are part of the business environment & access was necessary for women to succeed, more important than 1st Amend assn rights. Let's expand upon that legal penumbra too, in the digital business & social world.
