I watched it. Why was it important to watch this? To remind me that Tucker is a relentless, douchey opportunist?

Because condemning a third or more of the country - as opposed to the handful that were violent today and should be punished to the full extent of the law - to contempt and exile is not a sustainable solution.

Anyone who cannot bring themselves to condemn what happened today deserves shaming and shunning. And contrary to Tucker’s conclusions, the lesson that people should have learned from today is “don’t try to storm the US Capitol by force”
