Again, we're not talking about "not allowed in America!". We're talking about entities which touch tax payer funds. I have yet to have anyone give me a cognizant answer to my question above, based on the ACTUAL LANGUAGE of the E.O.

One problem is that most of the requirements aren't about protected classes (eg saying the US is fundamentally racist). Laws around speech need to be content neutral - otherwise publicly funded universities could refuse to host bigots based on concerns of taxpayer money.

If the E.O. applied to every American (i.e. this was a speech issue), I would agree with you there. This has nothing to do with free speech. It has to do with where federal dollars are spent. Are you aware of the story that broke which served as the catalyst for the E.O.? ...

Theo Jordan Retweeted Christopher F. Rufo ⚔️
It was this at Sandia Labs. If you genuinely care about this discussion, take a few mins and read through that entire thread from Chris Rufo. WTF is this doing at a federal nuclear research lab?!? This is precisely what the E.O. was drafted to prohibit.https://twitter.com/realchrisrufo/status/1296115228896182273?lang=en …

Do you have any real sources other than a creationist from the Discovery Institute? As a heads up, I also don't accept Alex Jones.

I had a read through the examples he gives but most of it is uncontroversial scientific fact and attempts to limit discrimination in hiring processes. I don't even see why anyone would have a problem with that.

Yeah, man, just uncontroversial scientific fact, designed to reduce discrimination in the hiring process. I can't fathom why anyone would have a problem with this at all.

These screenshots are obviously not flattering, but I’m always skeptical when there’s the possibility of hyperbolic framing; e.g. it’s not clear this was all mandatory. I tried to fact check but materials are down on his sitehttps://christopherrufo.com/national-nuclear-laboratory-training-on-white-privilege-and-white-male-culture/ …
