No, they are too scared. My whistleblower said teachers are terrified of backlash if they resist.
Hire the brightest and best teachers. They may not necessarily be any specific colour but they will be good providing they are well balanced people seeking to be truthful and be good teachers. We need to end black racism; its not good for anyone but those on the make.
.Thankfully, I no longer teach. This was coming when I left. Orientation 1st words: "Our target demographic is the economically disadvantaged African-American male." Lower the bar enough and everyone can succeed. No child left behind, right?
