There is only 1 issue that matters, because everything flows from it: how to keep a city affordable for a middle class. I guess, for all these people, San Francisco and so many other cities offer no lessons.
I thought tech was the ultimate colorblind profession because everyone is hidden behind computer screens and evaluated solely on their skill. Guess that's not "equity"?
