If the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion industry is part of "wokism" (and I believe it is), oh, my. We are a long ways away from dismantling "wokism."
Yes, it will be with us for awhile, but I don't think they can achieve their revolution through HR departments and corporate messaging. They will hit a dead end in the medium term.

The current "moral panic" will fade, but
#diversity,#inclusion and#equity are in with the bricks. It is a management strategy to cope with#polarization and#demographic change. -
Agreed. The leaders who keep spouting the trite claim "diversity is our strength" seem afraid, privately, of what is truly possible with multiculturalism: We start going at each others' throats (tribalism).
