Before adopting the language of "equity," the critical race theorists made their goal clear: "abolish the white race." They vowed to "keep bashing the dead white males, and the live ones, and the females too, until the social construct known as 'the white race' is destroyed."pic.twitter.com/obGevgKs6n

This is the language of dehumanization, hatred, and genocide. They will play intellectual games—"we don't want to abolish white people, just internalized whiteness"—but historically, this kind of rhetoric always leads to violence. Critical race theory is poison.

These are the real issues that people should be putting energy into.

The Enlightenment produced the best guidelines for government and society ever imagined. That said, doing things The Enlightenment way requires discipline and responsibility. Socialism, though, is for the lazy at all levels. It's always someone else's job and someone else's fault

It was not the Enlightenment. Reason, if begun with flawed a premise, can breed hell. It was actually a much earlier philosophy, the objectivity of Aristotle and the Natural Law brought us through England to our Founders, some of whom were Enlightenment minded.

This is different than critical race theory as an intellectual ideal- which is good and sound and has value; just criticize the deviance this isn’t that

Marxism is supposedly an intellectual ideal -- a "critique of capitalism" -- but the genie is already out of the bottle by then.

It's collectivist scapegoating 🐐 CRT foments inter-group resentments by disseminating narratives crafted to frame the scapegoat as a victimizer. Elites use imagined grievances to repress the 🐐, which provokes a reaction by 🐐, which is then used to justify oppression of 🐐.

The "provokes a reaction by 🐐, which is then used to justify oppression of 🐐" is a ratcheting-up positive feedback loop. Trump -> IDW -> PBs It's a spiral dynamic of escalating conflict. The left invites this because the appearance of an extreme enemy serves their interests.

I cannot think of a single instance in human history where dehumanizing your enemy like this led to an outcome that would not be defined as a war crime today.

It is the last remnant from the radicalism of the past, undermining solidarity, the chance of progress, & communities & society itself. It is, indeed, a poison, confusing constructs with arbitrary distinctions, one which, for those that play with it, will learn is unwholesome.

The entire construct of white racism as opposed to prejudice is a semantic device for gaming discourse; otoh normalizing violent speech (white genocide) while on the other delegitimizing critical argument (internalized privilege, racism). Its purpose is strictly political.
