This will be mandatory within philanthropy in less than three years. A large portion of the fundraising officers of such organizations already do it. Just check LinkedIn, where they have pronouns as part of their actual names.

We need to start playing by their rules. They almost always talk about their "self-identified racial group." For instance this job listing for a Canadian university for an "Indigenous Science" position. We need to start "identifying" into these groups.pic.twitter.com/msVdK5Poux

Dont know about these racial categories, but I have hard time identifying with all the things men are supposed to be these days. I could just list my gender as "other". Or caveman.
