In academic institutions, labeling your pronouns has become commonplace; the next step is to label your race. I've obtained training documents from a school district in which teachers are required to state both: "she/her, Black." Intersectionality is becoming orthodoxy.

The other things you see in a lot of left-wing Twitter account names are advanced degree identifiers (especially if it's a female with a PhD) and boutique sexual identities/orientations.
