In academic institutions, labeling your pronouns has become commonplace; the next step is to label your race. I've obtained training documents from a school district in which teachers are required to state both: "she/her, Black." Intersectionality is becoming orthodoxy.

I have a hard enough time remembering names so there is no chance I would remember pronouns. I think referring to the offended-prone person as “Majesty” ought to do in all cases.
