San Francisco policymakers have had near unlimited resources—rapidly expanding budgets since the bottom in 2000—and have consistently made terrible choices, squandered money, pandered to radicals, incentivized street disorder, and are now reaping the consequences. Good luck!

Be careful what you wish for. Detroit was the richest city in the world in 1950; poorest city in America by 2000. Don't think it can't happen to San Francisco.
