Great, I look forward to reading your analysis. I'm working my way through all of his books. Finished Culture of Narcissism, Minimal Self, and Haven in Heartless World, a bit stuck with True and Only Heaven—it's a thick, difficult book, but has tremendous insight.

It's really amazing what he saw in the early 1990s. He was writing Revolt at the very end of the Cold War. When most Americans were celebrating the End of History, he was quietly saying, "actually, our problems have just begun."
