Is anyone now in the process of writing or filming a more-or-less comprehensive account of the resistance (so far) to the Great Awokening? Is it too early to think about doing this? And where would it start? At Evergreen State? At the founding of Quillette?
Looking back, it seems like Evergreen was the first event that contained all of the component parts. Embedded in that experience, you find everything from cancellation to feckless liberal-left authority to CHAZ-style territorial ambitions.
I tend to agree. It has all the necessary ingredients to be called the ground zero of resistance to the Great Awokening.
Not sure it’s movie worthy but for many of us it began with Jordan Peterson calling out compelled speech in Oct 2016. Followed by Evergreen State in Spring 2017.
