The structure of knowledge today is formed in accordance with a deeper political principle. The cultural output—films, television, celebrity, etc.—is pre-determined by politics.

Pretty sure conservative presidents and congresses of the past several years had any effect on the culture of Hollywood, TV or music. If anything, Trump made them more BSC left.
