Oh the irony of these “trainers” not realising their entire course is actually the most racist thing ever. All this does is sow division. It’s despicable. Focus should be on teaching teachers how to teach kids English, Maths, Science and a positive/growth mindset.

this frames two choices of racist vs anti-racist imho both are wrong. there is a third choice: unbiased aka neutral or colorblind. it is not rocket science to figure this out but there is a well co-ordinated campaign to confuse people. i doubt people are that naive
