I just received word from downstairs that I was talking too loud on the phone. On the plus side my girls now have the details on a draft bill that is circulating to impose a statewide "employer compensation tax" in 2021. Stay tuned for more details.

Employee gets full pay. Employer owes tax on a graduated scale indexed to CPI based on how much employee is paid above certain threshold. Will have more details soon.
