Management is people taking the Scientology audit as a joke. The employees were indoctrinated to think the results were accurate before taking it. People are saying fire them. Unless you fix academia you'll have no one to replace them with.

Re: Academia, is part of the problem that the less indoctrinated students go into other fields (law, corporate world, STEM) while only ideological areas of study feed into publishing, journalism, and other similar media jobs?
